Is there another event happening with mini debconf in parallel or are these

talks proposed for mini debconf itself? I ask this because at Calicut, we had

FOSSMeet and Mini debconf happen in parallel. If not, I expect the talks to

be more Debian centric and this does not really fit the bill. Its my opinion and 

I would like to know what others think.
