I think we should use 'pt-br'... that's what we need, technically,
so that's the best solution, IMO... it won't hurt pt_BR users...

Also, the package names already use pt-br, and even ptbr sometimes.

We could even use 'pt', but that would be problematic if any
'pt_PT' translations appear. And this is a possibility! =D

We could fix Apache, yes, but we would have to fix every browser too,
I think... so this is not a real option...
