picom-conf is a configuration tool for the Picom X compositor. It allows
modifying Picom's settings using a graphical user interface. It is the
successor to the now-abandoned compton-conf. It is written in Qt, and
would be handy for users of Qt-based desktop environments that use
Picom.

The Lubuntu team has already packaged picom-conf for our flavor of
Ubuntu. We have the ability and the willingness to keep it maintained in
Debian.
