Using a tool-agnostic name would be appropriate if such tools are easily
replaceable. This _does_ apply to a part of gitlab's functionality, namely,
interacting with it using git -- but the whole rest, ie, project management,
permissions system, merge requests, code review, etc, is not compatible with
other tools, such as fusionforge that gitlab directly competes with.
This said, the decision, at least in the .debian.net stage, belongs to
Pirate, by the virtue of being the person actually doing the work.
