Wouldn't work.

drizzle is the usual name for a certain type of weighted image
combination, invented from STScI and in use since several years. This is
not going to change. And on pypi, the name was not taken before.

I am not sure how long we want to care about the names of dead
software, especially for not-so-common pieces.

I'll do that. In any case, it will take the "drizzle" namespace of
Python.
