Please use X-Debbugs-Cc when filing ITP bugs (or reportbug, which does

Also, the whole point of Cc'ing ITPs to debian-devel is for people to 
get a chance to make notes/raise questions/object, so you should wait a 
day or two before uploading, not upload within three hours or so. 
Finally, like any bug report, when someone does take the time to make a 
comment on an ITP of yours, it is customary to at least reply to them 
addressing or rejecting their concerns :)
