But then v2 and v3 support might have bitrotten and FTBFS could have been
introduced in the meantime due to the toolchain?  Sometimes dropping
support for old levels might make sense if almost nobody uses it and
wouldn't notice breakage...  (Not to say that this applies to debhelper
in any way...)
