APT 0.6 migration -- second status report

A test suite for package validation is now available:

Please refer to the README file in this directory for instructions how
to use the test suite.

The archives in the test suite are automatically generated by a
collection of Python scripts.  These scripts are available via darcs
at:

  <http://darcs.enyo.de/fw/apt-secure-test/>

The command "darcs get http://darcs.enyo.de/fw/apt-secure-test/"; will
download the repository.  See the README file in the top-level
directory for further instructions.

I'm going to add further test cases (which depend on a time-traviling
DSO to fool GnuPG into creating signatures with weired timestamps).
