No. But if you

  - are aware of the Debian archive bloat,
  - know of the plethora of available SMTP agents, most of which can
    be easily configured with debconf to be just that, a forwarding
    MTA,
  and
  - read a description like "smtp client which can be used as a smtp
    plugin with mutt", which not only threatens to unnecessarily
    bloat the archive even more, but also consists of FUD,

you might understand my reaction.
