Let me clue you in to something about your "real world":
before you get to customer service, you have to become a "customer"

If you want to get sustomer service, email me and let you know
where to sign up. Now, if you wanna collaborate about free software,
 I am here.

In other words, Debian fails in the market place, does not
have marketdroids, and continues to provide the solid
underpinnings for people with marketing muscle and discernment.

Stop trying to change Debian from what it has always been and
what has been its strength: A no-nonsense OS from people who
collaborate on it as a labour of love, because tey need it, because
they have an itch to scratch that no one else care to.

	You have an onus?
