No, that's politically-correct behavior, and is practiced on many
different continents on a regular basis. Stereotypically American
behavior would be (for example) to get Abu Gharib on your ass.
That said, there is merit in the argument that some people simply are
sore losers who don't know when to STFU. Finding examples of said
people is left as an exercise for the reader.
