You forgot the export... And I'd remove the preceding line, are at least
make it simply '# untested upstream:'

But, this should belong to some wishlist bug trail, not debian-devel. I
don't see a wishlist bug against mozilla-firefox asking for IPv6
support, so apparantly, people are not asking for it.
