 kinoplus provides various effect plugins for kino,
 the non-linear dv-video-editor. The following effects
 are implemented:
 tweenies, pan and zoom, charcoil, pixelate, jerky
 image filter, multiple image import, ImageMagick
 titler, ImageMagick overlay, and blue chroma key
 fucntionallity.
