Well, no, no you haven't.  You should have at least written why you think
a description doesn't "...make sense to anyone, even people who have no
idea about any of the things the package deals with."

For instance usermin-mysql has the short description:

A mysql module for the usermin web-based administration tool

And the long description:
 This module allows users to view and adminster mysql databases..


Which seems pretty straightforward to me.  It's a kind of web-based tool that
lets you administer databases.

So until you provide proper explanations of what exactly you think is
lacking, (I mean do you want me to put a summary of Codds paper on
relation theory and the RFC for HTTP in there?) I'm closing these bugs.
