I'm getting the feeling that you're using reverb in a manner that is
not it's common usage, but I'll ignore that for now.

   ecasound -i:/dev/dsp -ete:20,25,30 -o:/dev/dsp

will give you a reverb for a room size of 20 at a feedback of 25% and
wetness of 30%.

Questions like this should really be asked on debian-user instead of
debian-devel.
