Indeed not.  But this is what I wrote in the RFA:

  I will leave this Request For Adoption open for a while (say, until
  summer 2003) to see if anyone is still interested in the package.
  If no-one wants it, I will request its removal from Debian.

It is now summer 2003.  I did get someone who had an Agenda and
volunteered to maintain the package with me as sponsor.  The last I
heard from him was:
  "OK. This weekend I will start working on a bugfix."

That was a few weeks ago, so I'll ask for the package's removal now.
(The sponsorship offer is still open, if you care about the package
enough to upload it again...)
