It seems to me that you are making a lot of noise.
I see that you are in the NM queue [1].
Obviously you have not passed the Tasks and Skills Check.
Do you plan to read the proper documentation to fill correctly an ITP?
Long description and license are not optional fields.
Also you could reply in a more friendly way (ie. not like me now ;-)) to
people asking a legitimate question.
Also do you have a sponsor for all those ITPs to (check and) upload
them for you until you become a dd?
If no, you should re-title them RFP.
I CC Joerg which is your AM because I would like to make sure you will
know more about filling an ITP at the end of the NM process.
(Sorry Joerg if that bothers you).
