I think the problem is that you used the work module, which implies some
sort of plugin to a program. I think something along the lines of 

Description: Experimental GNU Privacy Guard features
 Newpg is used to test new features for GPG before moving it to the GPG
 package.
 .
 This package includes:
 .
 GpgSM - S/MIME encryption and key-management
 SCDaemon - for Smartcard access
