Indeed, we did have this exchange, and my sentence of "never been diagnosed"
is wrong (mounting /dev/null as one of the swap areas for my brain is a bad
idea). You did diagnose the problem, and I guess you weren't able to help me
more than what you did (which was already very helpful).
Anyway, this doesn't solve the primary problem, which is that I don't have
the time to perform my maintainer duties, and am unable foresee a change.
I'll have a time slot for that on Saturday, maybe Friday evening, to perform
the relevant procedures. In the mean time, if Martin (congrats, btw) wants to
run his magic mass-orphan-mia-maintainers-packages script on my account, I
don't mind at all.
