I think either this
deb http://ftp2.de.debian.org/debian/ project/experimental/main/binary-i386/
or that
deb http://ftp2.de.debian.org/debian project/experimental main
should work. (probably the former, the latter will probably put an
unwanted "dists" somewhere in the path)

Be aware that according to apt_preferences(5) project/experimental is
pinned to minimal priority.
