[desktop] animated lilo

I fond this site a while ago

It's a modifcation to an older lilo that allows simple animation.  Compleatily useless, I know, but it really impresses people how see it, which I have a laptop, so it gets rebooted alot.

For those wanting to check it out, grab the RPM like he says and use alien on it.

Anyway, I was think about packaging this version of lilo for debian.  I'm not a mantainer and don't know if Icould pull it off, but wanted to find out if other people like this.

One problem with the package, because this version of lilo is not being developed activily, any bug or whatnot will not be able to be fixed.

Anyway, just wanted to get soem feedback,
