Because I am trying to keep my packages up to par (or what
used to be considered par). I have suggested wordings to a few
packages, and shall as I get time. If I am not doing a good job (and
there have been times when I neglected Debian due to real life
creeping in), I certainly do not bitch and moan about why other
people are not doing my job for me.
