Depends, if he's just bought some Ada95 text books and plans to learn it
quickly, and if he has a lot of experience in other programming languages
then he would probably do a good job.
IMHO if you can't debug upstream bugs then you will not be able to do a good
job of maintaining a package.

I do not get viruses because I do not use MS software.
If you use Outlook then please do not put my email address in your
address-book so that WHEN you get a virus it won't use my address in the
>From field.
