preliminary Debian packages for mico (cvs version 2.3.8)

To whom it may interest:

here are the preliminary debian packages for mico cvs version

http://people.debian.org:/~prudhomm/debian/
http://augustine.mit.edu:/~prudhomm/debian/

no source file yet sorry

How it works (similar to petsc):
o mico release <x.y.z> is an alternative stored in /usr/lib/micodir
o best alternative links to /usr/lib/mico /usr/include/mico
  /usr/lib/libmco[.]*.so /usr/lib/libmco[.]*.a and the various
   executables/daemons
o use update-alternatives to select another release
o that way I will be able to package 2.3.7, 2.3.8(cvs) and micomt 2.3.7(cvs)

Let me know what you think.
I haven't tested them much (only on my code here, it compiles and runs Ok)

Thanks to Eric Gentilini <eric.gentilini@eleve.emn.fr> I got a patch for the
dynamic lib, but I think in the future I'll keep mico's way and just link
using the alternatives

TODO:
o ITA mico I guess
o added init.d for the daemons (at least naming and trading) using micod to
start them (done as a separate conf package, will put it in soon )
o try to split libmico-dev if appending slaves to an althernative is possible

QUESTION:
is it possible to append things to an alternative? that would be great since I
would be able to split libmico2.3.8-dev into 3 different packages at least

Best regards
