ntop debian packages (2.0.99rc1)

I've prepared ntop debian packages based on version 2.0.99rc1.

Packages & Source are available with this sources.list entries:

# BETA ntop packages
deb http://cns.dnsalias.org testing main
deb-src http://cns.dnsalias.org testing main

NOTE: This is still a BETA release but should fix quite some bugs.
      Please test this packages and report any problems to me.

ntop (2.0.99rc1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * new upstream version
  * this version should fix some of the memory usage problems.
  * initial admin password can now be specified (Closes: #146553)
  * removed ntop rules stuff which is no longer supported upstream
  * fixed typo in manpage. (Closes: #146445)
  * ntop now listens on 127.0.0.1:3000 per default (Closes: #146572)
  * trigger 404 error if we can't generate a page (Closes: #142970)
