Debconf 2?

Is Debconf 2 coming along, and will it be held on Canada, or is
Toronto out of the question because of no lodgings because of World
Youth Day?

If Canada and Toronto is out of the question, I think we should get
started on organizing it somewhere else.

I could ask to have it at our university; I think it would go ok.  It
is in Trondheim, Norway, so don't expect great weather. :)  However,
dorm rooms at the interrail centre aren't too expensive: around 13
USD.  Breakfast is ~5 USD.

Please tell me whether I should go ahead and try to organize this, or
if Debconf2/Canada is coming along.

Unix _IS_ user friendly... It's just selective about who its friends are.
