Most programs are especially ugle to remove if that happen, cause you can't
simply delete the init.d file before. That way prerm will fail cause it
cannot stop the daemon. And you can't modify the postrm since this is
extracted from the archive... realy ugly situation here.

Noticed this a few times, not particular with webmin, tough.
