apt-get would have to handle its own restart with the original command
line. Might have to sleep a while to let the file system come into sync...

The sooner the better. Once upgraded to this feature, all further upgrades
could be handled automagically. Of course, last release would be better,
but I don't know how to impliment that one ;-)
