	Yes, doc-base seems to have stalled (no version change since woody). 
Adam might be a bit busy (since there are bugs opened for quite some time regarding
doc-base).

	Yes, it seems there is no appropiate policy relating to
doc-base/doc-central et al. This might need to be addressed on the Debian
Documentation Policy, currently in draft development [1], the Policy Manual
documentation chapter [2] does not get into detail.

	Not that I know of (I remember slightly the thread), I'm going to
donwload it fully, and see if I can write done a proper sub-policy to close the
first TODO item in doc-base's documentation.
