I just had noticed it exsitence while reading this thread.  Wishlist
bugs would be apropriate in my opinion.  This would enforce people
to fix packages which where lintian clean once they were uploaded.
I regard those lintian errors/warnings as at least the same if not
higher priority like the spell check errors.
