Without this NMU, pages rendered by man2html contain bad links and are
mostly unusable with any version of Mozilla or Netscape 6.

I let you decide if this warrants inclusion in 2.2r4.

[ And BTW, if anybody has seen Nicolas Lichtmaier, man2html's
  maintainer, please tell me. ]
