Maintainer address for orphaned packages

Since I've seen a few uploads recently with the old address, I thought
I'd point out for those who haven't noticed that the QA group have been
changing the maintainer address of orphaned packages from
debian-qa@lists.debian.org to packages@qa.debian.org over the last few
months. This will eventually allow us to send all the BTS and archive
maintenance mail to a separate list and be able to use -qa more
conveniently for other QA issues: in fact, a request to this effect is
already in the listmaster queue.

If you're orphaning a package, please use the new address:

  Maintainer: Debian QA Group <packages@qa.debian.org>
