WARNING: kernel is not very fresh, upgrade is recommended.
iputils-ping has suddenly started giving me such messages when it receives
Destination Host Unreachable messages from a router running 2.2.19.
Why is it doing this?
Incidentally it's not documented, so I'll file a bug report based on the
responses I get here (either documentation or function bug).
