priorities
There are a number of pacakges that depend on packages with lower
priority values and so are violating policy Section 2.2[0].
AJ told me that the ftpmasters where working on this so I wonder
how they resolve issues like perl-base(important) depending on
libperl5.6(optional) or some imporant and required packages
depending on debconf.
