[Keppy <keppy@ar.com.au>] Missing MD5sum

This is the second time people tell me about an empty MD5sum field for
the erlang-base package in their administration files.

I am quite puzzled about it because I do not mess with MD5sum at
all. Moreover, the section shown in the submitter's example is
"interpreters", while I uploaded it with "non-US/main".
Any idea of what could go wrong?
