No it is not. nm.debian.org says 54, average waiting time less than a
month and median of only eight days.

Yes, it happens to be a security risk to a) publish where you live and b)
tell anyone in the world that you're not there.

If you can't grasp things like this, perhaps you shouldn't be responsible
for code that runs other people's computers.
