I'd suggest to use the distribution name ("potato", woody",...) instead.
If not, you'll need to add a new tag "frozen" and every time a frozen
distribution becomes stable you have to delete all "stable" tags and
rename all "frozen" tags. This can lead to confusion especially if someone
sets/changes tags at the time when a frozen becomes stable.
