One Debian developer made an unofficial package but which I find too rapidly made, so I made mine:

ftp://ftp.internatif.org/pub/debian/UNOFFICIAL/ (aptable source)

The packages are libw3c-libwww5 and libw3c-libwww-dev.

I do *not* intend to upload them or to maintain them. I need this package for my work, but I have no time to take care of it (it is a huge and complicated package, 100 % free but long to compile). Candidates welcome.
