Draft 4 of I18N Document
Hi,
I wrote a new draft of a document on i18n.
It is available at
http://surfchem0.riken.go.jp/~kubota/linuxwork/i18ndoc.html.
Now the document is written in HTML and separated into a few files.
Translation into English is almost finished.

Sorry I don't know. I made an empty section for UTF-2000.

That is a good idea.

What is 'blowfish' book? I could not find that word in my English-Japanese
dictionary nor in Jargon File.

I wrote about gettext. What is GNU Translation Project?
Can you write a brief introduction? Then I can adopt it.
