GnuPG doesn't accept user IDs which are not self signed (it's easy to
add a faked a user ID to a key, but it's impossible to self-sign it).
That's why the following user IDs are not accepted by GnuPG:
Joey Hess <joey@kite.ml.org>
Unt 82DD0E65 Dale Scheetz <dwarf@polaris.net>
Unt 3EE7EDCD Philippe Troin <phil@fifi.org>
Unt 23D678A9 Igor Grobman <igor@igoria.net>
Joey Hess <joeyh@master.debian.org>
Unt ED9547ED Wichert Akkerman <wakkerma@debian.org>
Unt 487D4601 Darren Benham <gecko@debian.org>
Unt E2A09309 Randolph Chung <tausq@debian.org>
jeh22@cornell.edu is available in GnuPG (the first user ID).

Sign the user IDs yourself first, than you GnuPG will accept them.
