ITP: libnet, divine

I am packaging divine, which needs libnet, so libnet is getting tossed in for
free (-:

divine:

"divine" is a utility for laptop users or people who use their machines in
different networks all the time. It is meant to be run from the
PCMCIA network initialization scripts. DO NOT make divine setuid root. Divine
contains tons of security holes like using system, it is
meant as quick hack that will not hurt so much if it is run at boot time."

Divine scopes out the local net and decides which network to be on based on
this info.

libnet:

Libnet is a collection of routines to help with the construction and handling
of network packets. It provides a portable framework for low-level
network packet writing and handling.

Libnet features portable packet creation interfaces at the IP layer
and link layer, as well as a host of supplementary and c complementary
functionality. Still in it's infancy however, the library is evolving
quite a bit. Additional functionality and stability are added with
each release.

Using libnet, quick and simple packet assembly applications can be
whipped up with little effort.
