Proposed: provides another package with version number.

Hi,

I tried to install libpgjava and jdk1.1 and got dependency problems
which are that:

jdk1.1 conflicts with jdk1.1-runtime
jdk1.1 provides jdk1.1-runtime
libpgjava depends on jdk1.1-runtime (>= 1.1.3.v2-1)


This means that libpgjava depends on jdk1.1-runtime (>= 1.1.3.v2-1)
but jdk1.1 provides not jdk1.1-runtime (>= 1.1.3.v2-1), but just
jdk1.1-runtime, so I can't install both of them. I guess that
we can install both of them because jdk1.1 is another jdk1.1-runtime
(>= 1.1.3.v2-1). But, the current dpkg seems not to support
"provide info with version number".

I hope that the future dpkg will support the provide info that is 
something like:

Provides: jdk1.1-runtime (>=1.1.3.v2-1)
