Packages that need recompiling

A number of library versions have been changed since hamm:

  libstdc++2.8 is superseded by libstdc++2.9  (61 packages)
  freetype1 is superseded by freetype2        (9 packages)
  newt0.21 is superseded by newt0.25          (1 package)

All packages in slink that depend on the old versions should be
recompiled, because they are currently not installable without getting
the old library from hamm.

I'm thinking of filing 'important' bugs for all of these, but maybe I
should allow a bit more time for natural progression to shorten the
list.
