Ah. Why didn't you arrange to have different packages, with different
sonames in libs, for each incompatible release of gtk ? That would
have prevented to break every other package using it...
Eg: libgtk0.99.4, libgtk0.99.7, etc. (the numbers are probably wrong here)

...which means no working sane for 2.0 ? quite a bad thing indeed !
