VA is MXing for all of the debian.org domains. This means it is operating
as a store-and-forward relay. No emails are being dropped. VA however has
taken over the role as primary MX for lists.debian.org to allow list
processing.
It is not feasable to make va the primary for the other domains for the
reasons Joey stated.
