Maybe we need a listmanager like ezmlm? It asks the user before
(un)subscribing him, so forging is not possible; and ezmlm-idx
understand smartlist subscribe/unsubscribe commands :)
I've just packaged it... it's in non-free and source only due to
Dan Bernstein ideas about licenses, but it compiles quickly >:->
