If this classification is accurate, it's too bad none of the cereal
companies are still doing this, and then shipping the cereal out of
the country.  Someone could bring a lawsuit against them for munitions
export (or whatever laughable thing they're calling it these days).
This might just be ridiculous enough to get the law amended (or better
yet, abolished).
