Mirror with Incoming ???

ok, master is limited, i can understand that.
but, the heck with it <g>, somebody find me a mirror with Incoming on it?

since it is so very much easier to just get it all out of Incoming and
master is just quite ahead of the rest of the world, you don't have to wait
those many days until your local mirror gets it all, uc?

Any ideas?
