installation floppies progress report

The root and boot floppies seem to be in good shape, it should take a
day or to for me to make the base floppies, and then I'll have to do a
number of test installations.

Currently, the installation scripts are the same ones used for 0.93,
but the underlying system on the floppy has a lot more commands, etc.
Once this floppy set is working, I will go back and work on the
installation scripts and the disk tool.
