Bug#2345: Inclusion of shadow breaks up some packages in the current (0.93R6) packaging system

Package: shellutils, miscutils
Version: 1.12, 1.3

The introduction of shadow passwords breaks up the packaging system of the
packages "shellutils" and "miscutils"; since they include not only
Login-related utilities (login, su...) but other utilities as well, which
shouldn't be lost only due to the introduction of the shadow package.
The following programs should be taken out of shellutils and misc-utils and
put into a separate package (eg. login-utils):

su - shellutils
login - miscutils
passwd - miscutils
newgrp - miscutils
id - shellutils
groups - shellutils

Since the shadow package is widely sought and now freely available
(under the BSD copyright), this effort is in my opinion reasonable.
